Is It Possible to Guess Lebron’s Future?

Sportsbooks have become a place to bet not only on sports. With TV Series and Award Ceremonies, politics and ... you name it, betting on anything anytime is a matter of fact.

Which is why the following comment from Bodog bookmaker Richard Gardner, reported on ESPN with regard to the Lebron James Free Agency Countdown, is especially interesting. Seems as if sportsbooks have given up on handicapping this event.

This is what Bodog write to Chad Millman of ESPN:

"It is not worth the risk as a book manager to throw something like this up."

Gardner continued saying: "Calculating odds on something like this is like trying to run live odds on the 100[-meter] dash at the Olympic games and is definitely one of the toughest things I have had to deal with in my years in bookmaking."
